Access and Subscriptions
Subscribing as a school allows every teacher and pupil within the establishment to access and use the site. Pupils are allowed to access the site from home using the same school logins. Access does not extend to other establishments (e.g. feeder or partner schools). Access is via a username and password. Once purchased you are free to divulge login details to your school staff members and children however login details should not be shared with anyone outside of the institution or on public displays (e.g. school website or the internet). If you do intend to advertise account logins (e.g. ona school newsletter) you should ensure that the document will only be circulated amongst students/staff and parents wholly connected with your establishment.
The registered person is considered responsible for ensuring that staff and students are aware of and comply to these rules. Subscribing as an individual allows the site to be accessed by one household only. You should notify us should you become aware of, or suspect unauthorised use of your account logins. Failure to comply to this rule could result in us suspending your account without issuing a refund.
Access and Renewal
Access to the site is based on an annual subscription fee paid in advance, via Paypal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via Paypal to prevent an automatic yearly renewal. No refunds will be given for accounts cancelled after the renewal date.

All intellectual property contained on this site, including all images, characters and stories, are the property of Universeal Language Products Limited and is protected by copyright.
