It was a bright and breezy morning up on Cloud Cuckoo and Oakey the Owl was up early and getting ready for work. Oakey was a journalist. He had spent all his life travelling the world investigating important news events, asking questions and writing news reports.

His job was very important, because without Oakey, none of the other birds would ever learn about what was going on in the world outside Cloud Cuckoo. Today however was an especially important day for Oakey. Because today, Oakey was about to start work at a brand new newspaper,
